Pech del Bras is situated in secluded and tranquil countryside, partly open and partly wooded, with many tracks and lanes. This traditional stone house with vaulted ground floor and covered terrace faces west and stands in 25 acres towards the end of a leafy lane. The swimming pool lies unobtrusively behind a stone barn, and the superb tennis court, nestles beyond in the orchard. The house and gardens have a rural, friendly feel with plenty of outside space for games and siestas and are ideal for family holidays. The leisure lake at Catus, (20 minutes walk) has a sandy beach, pedaloes, canoes, cafe and childrens’ playground. Nearest main town: Cahors - 20 minutes.

Accommodation: Ground floor: French doors open into the "cave" with TV/video area with stairs to the sitting room. The cool, vaulted dining area has table-tennis and archway to the kitchen and utility area. The quality kitchen has a large fridge, hob and oven. Door to outside dining terrace. Rear door leading to stairs to upper dining terrace that has entrances to the main bathroom and sitting room.
First floor: The spacious sitting room has a central open fireplace and comfortable sofas. Double bedroom with en-suite shower-room with wc and basin and king size bed. Second bedroom with bunk beds and additional single bed. Access into the main bathroom shower, basin and wc.
Upper Floor: Double bedroom with double bed that can be split into two singles and additional single bed. Twin bedroom with low ceiling. Two separate shower-rooms with wc’s and basins.
The terraced pool has plenty of leisure furniture and is situated in full sun behind a separate stone barn. Heating for the pool is metered and charged for.

Situated northwest of Agen on the A62. Open 7 days a week from the middle of June through to the end of August, and at weekends outside this time. Children (3-11 yrs)
Five ropes courses in the trees, starting at the green and blue courses for small children, and progressing in difficulty through white, red and black courses. Harnesses and instruction are included. If you are not interested in climbing, there is also mini-golf to enjoy, a small farm and the snail museum. Take a picnic and make a day of it. Situated at Lacapelle-Biron on the D420, north-west of Fumel. Open every day 0900 to 2000 during July and August, and at weekends at other times.
Rental Notes: Only Saturday to Saturday bookings are accepted during PEAK and HIGH seasons. Customers are asked that they ensure that they do not arrive at the property until after 4pm on the day of arrival and they must depart before 10am on the day of departure.
