The well-equipped kitchen has a gas cooker and electric oven, fridges, microwave and inglenook fireplace with wood burning stove. Satellite and French tv with video and DVD. Shower-room with wc. and basin. Separate lounge with access to the gardens. Hallway to lower ground floor that has a double bedroom, a third fridge, and a freezer. First Floor: Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Bath with shower attachment, wc and basin. Two triple bedded rooms. Shower-room with wc, bidet and basin.

The Lot Valley, offers a gentle beauty, it is essentially deep provincial South West France. Five ropes courses in the trees, starting at the green and blue courses for small children, and progressing in difficulty through white, red and black courses. Harnesses and instruction are included. If you are not interested in climbing, there is also mini-golf to enjoy, a small farm and the snail museum. Take a picnic and make a day of it. Situated at Lacapelle-Biron on the D420, north-west of Fumel. Open every day 0900 to 2000 during July and August, and at weekends at other times.
Rental Notes: Only Saturday to Saturday bookings are accepted during PEAK and HIGH seasons. Customers are asked that they ensure that they do not arrive at the property until after 4pm on the day of arrival and they must depart before 10am on the day of departure.
