It is set in a small well maintained complex with large fully enclosed, beautifully landscaped pool area. providing stunning panoramic mountain views.
The fully fitted kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, electric hob, full height fridge freezer, and washing machine located in the laundry room. The apartment is non smoking and is fitted with English plumbing. Request a transfer from and to the airport.(Extra cost)
The open plan lounge & kitchen area, has comfortable sofas and a coffee table, The kitchen has all the appliances listed above as well as an electric kettle and toaster, All the cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery, glasses etc. for 6 people are provided, and most important of all a bottle opener! The Lime wash base and wall units blend perfectly with the granite worktops.
A beautiful Turkish arch leads to 2 double bedrooms and separate bathroom. Both bedrooms have a double bed, fitted wardrobes with coat-hangers, dressing table with mirror, stool and bedside cabinets. The bathroom has a corner shower cubicle, a sink with mirror with light above, and a shaving point.
The apartment has a stunning terrace, accessed from the Lounge, there is ample room for the large cane table with 6 matching chairs and cushions. The roof overhang provides a perfect shady area to relax in and you look down over the 2-tiered beautifully landscaped pool area. All pool loungers brollies etc are provided. The pool is lit up at night, till beyond midnight. There are no discos or loud bars nearby, ensuring your stay is in peace and quiet.
We have converted the basement to create a light and airy, extremely spacious family bedroom, laundry room and massive en-suite bathroom. Accessed from the hallway via wide sweeping marble staircase. At one side we have twin beds with fitted double wardrobes, dressing table with mirror, stool and bedside cabinets. The other we have a relaxing family area, with 2 sofas and a coffee table, TV, and DVD player for entertainment. Numerous DVD are supplied.
The en-suite has a huge shower cubicle, wc, sink with mirror and light above, in addition there is a separate bath tub and shower, ideal for bathing the kiddies before bedtime. The laundry room has a washing machine, meaning you can reduce the amount of clothes you bring with you. We also supply an iron and ironing board. There is also a digital safe for all your valuables.

Local activities in and around Ovacik, Turquoise Coast/Lycia
Olu Deniz beach is only 15 minutes drive away, and is famous for paragliding. They launch from the top of the mountain approx 6000ft high and land gently onto the back of the beach. There is a ghost town nearby, deserted by the greeks and abandoned by the Turks. The nearest market town is Fethiye about 10 minutes drive away. it has alot of historical tombs and artifacts, including an amphitheatre, and museums.
You can request a representitive to visit you at the begining of your holiday, free of charge who will describe all the excursions available as well as details like local shops,buses restuarants etc. The excursions include Jeep safari, quad biking, visiting Ephesus the ancient roman port and one of the 7 wonders of the ancient world. (this trip is a 2 day excursion).
Saklikent gorge is nearby, one of the deepest gorges, the ice water flows from the mountains, carving through the soft limestone rocks.

A transfer can be arranged for you, picking you up at the airport taking you directly to the apartment. You will then be dropped off back to the airport when you leave. This is £60 for up to 4 people (£15/extra person) this is a return journey price both from and to the airport.
