Las Golondrinas is situated on the Mijas Costa and is a luxury apartment complexe overlooking the Mijas golf course. This ground floor apartment is furnished to a high standard, offers excellent holiday accommodation and sits in a prime location within the Costa Del Sol. Located just 20 minutes away from Malaga airport, which is used by many low cost airlines.
The apartment sleeps up to 6 people & is fully air conditioned. There is a shared pool & a large private terrace to the rear of the apartment. The terrace is south-west facing with a BBQ, outside dining for 6 people & excellent views of the mountains. The apartment is within a secure complexe with parking just outside the apartment block.
A grocery shop is located near to the match rooms, where there is also a bar and restaurant, all are located on the complexe. Other bars and restaurants are a short distance away. The large local supermarket is less than a 5 minute drive.
Fuengirola is a 5 minutes away, where there are lovely sandy beaches and watersports. The quaint mountain village of Mijas is just a 5-10 minute drive and has breath-taking views over the Costa Del Sol. Marbella and Puerto Banus with their fine selection of shops are both about a 25 minutes away. The marina at Puerto Banus with an array of famous and expensive yachts is worth a visit. There is plenty to do in the area with a large shopping mall, aqua waterpark, zoo and race course nearby.

Local activities in and around Mijas, Costa del Sol - Malaga
Malaga is the capital of the Costa Del Sol, with its historical monuments and excellent shops. Mijas is a beautiful village, with its atmospheric little streets and fantastic views over the Costa Del Sol. Among the many local attractions is the waterpark at Fuengirola, shopping mall and various beaches. The marina and beaches at Cabopino are just a short drive away.
There are superb golf courses at the complexe, including two of the best in the Costa Del Sol - Los Lagos and Los Olivos, both courses can be pre-booked prior to your stay and offer discounted green fees at different times of the day. There are other excellent golf courses nearby, including La Cala and Miraflores, which can both be reached in just 10/15 minutes.
Alhambra in Granada is a beautiful place to visit, bursting with history dating back to the 9th century and is within easy reach of Malaga. A visit to the marina at Puerto Banus and the fantastic shops in Marbella are a must. Also, a visit to the old village of Ronda, famous worldwide for its views the deep El Tajo gorge is highly recommended. The city of Seville is steeped with history and can be reached in about 2 hours by car - well worth the journey.
Mijas Racecourse
Mijas racecourse is a great day out if you love horseracing....or even just a fun day out.
The apartment is located at Mijas Golf and just 5-10 minutes away from Mijas Peublo (Mijas town) and Fuengirola. Full directions will be provided with your booking confirmation pack.

Bookings are genarally Saturday to Saturday, however we will try to accommodate other days. Arrival from 14.00 onwards, depart by 10.00.
We require a 25% deposit of the total cost of the holiday accommodation at the time of booking. The remaining balance of your holiday accommodation price must be paid in full 4 weeks prior to the date of arrival.
Bookings within 4 weeks prior to arrival will be classed as a late booking and we must receive full payment by debit or credit card before we can confirm your booking. Payment by cheque during the 4 week period prior to the date of your arrival may be accepted at the discretion of Portabond Ltd.
We reserve the right to include in your invoice a Breakage Deposit of £50.00 to be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival, to cover any accidental damage to the property and/or contents. This deposit will be returned to you within 14 days of leaving the accommodation.
