Within minutes you will find a great choice of bars, clubs and restaurants serving cuisines from all over the world.
Alba apartment accommodates up to 5 people in two bedrooms but is ideal either for two couples or a family of 4.

The Alba apartment is one of three apartments in a small residence set right in the heart of Puerto Polensa. It takes up the whole of the ground floor and has its own private entrance and in 2008 exclusive use of the gardens and the swimming pool.
Decorated in pastel colours the apartment has been furnished with modern fixtures and fittings. The open-plan living room has sitting and dining areas, and French doors open onto a furnished terrace and the garden. There is television. The kitchen well-equipped with an electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and is open-plan to the living room with an American bar.
The main double bedroom has an en suite shower room and the other bedroom has twin beds and an adjoining shower room. There is a single sofa bed in the living area. For guests with young families a cot and highchair are available. Both bedrooms have air-conditioning.
The garden is mainly laid to lawn with some flower beds. The 7 x 4 m swimming pool is set amongst a sun terrace with parasols and sun loungers.
There is also a communal laundry room with two washing machines for the use of guests.
NB For 2007 rentals the swimming pool and gardens are shared with the other two apartments and for 2008 the swimming pool and the garden will be for the exclusive use of the Alba Apartment guests only.

Puerto Pollensa is an attractive resort that stretches along a sheltered horseshoe-shaped bay lined with sandy beaches, set against the backdrop of the Boquer mountain range on the north coast of Mallorca. The popular resort has grown up around a scenic fishing port that served the picturesque old Roman town of Pollensa, situated a few miles inland.
Cafes, restaurants and tourist shops line the famous Pine Walk promenade along with some elegant hotels, which overlook the wide sandy beach and the bay, dotted with the colourful sails of yachts. Puerto Pollensa is renowned for some of the best fish restaurants on Mallorca and there is also a wide selection of restaurants serving cuisines that cater for all tastes.
There are a wide range of water sports enjoyed by young and old, with facilities and equipment available from various operators at the marina and along the beach. Glass bottom boat trips are available from the port.
The resort has a good range of shops to cater for all your holiday needs and the market is held on a Wednesday in the Church Square.
Historic Pollensa is situated in the hills, in the north of Mallorca, in the lee of the Tramuntana Mountains. It is a peaceful old town that has been largely unaffected by tourism.
Some of Pollensa's historic medieval centre remains around the Plaça Major, the main square, including the church of Nostra Senyora dels Àngels. Other than the church, the main square houses a cluster of bars and cafés, and on Sunday morning, a busy market. Just north of the square is the Via Crucis (Way of the Cross), a long stone stairway up the slope of El Calcario, bordered by ancient cypress trees. At the top of El Calvario, in a small chapel and on Good Friday, a figure of Jesus is slowly carried down the steps by torchlight in the Davallament (Lowering).
The main airport is Palma de Mallorca, which is served by a number of airlines from all over Europe. All major car hire companies are represented at Palma Airport also at Pollensa.

Cancellation charges if your holiday is unfortunately cancelled the following charges will apply:
More than 60 days before start of the rental - loss of deposit.
Within 59 days of the start of the rental - 100% of the cost of the rental.
