The apartment has one double-bedded room with door onto the large terrace and a large living / dining area with open plan kitchen and terrace access. There is a double sofa bed in the living area.

Mariborsko Pohorje is one of the undiscovered skiing jewels of Europe, with more than 40 km of ski slopes, including 10 km’s of floodlit night-time skiing and with over 100 days of guaranteed snow each season. The ski slopes, spread over the Pohorje range, are served by 21 cables serving over 18,000 skiers per hour. There are slope difficulties to cover all levels, from black runs for the experienced skier to more gentle beginner’s slopes. Multi-day ski passes are available that cover not only Mariborsko Pohorje, but the resorts of Kope, Ribniško Pohorje and Kranska Gora as well. There are ski schools with English speaking professional ski and snowboard instructors. Or go night-time sledding. Or horse riding. In January the annual women’s downhill, the Golden Fox Cup, takes place and the town invariably sells out. After all this you can relax in one of the Wellness Centres at the Bolfenk or Habakuk Hotels, take a swim or have a relaxing massage. Zgorne Radvanje, the small but lively town at the foot of the cable car (or gondola, as they call it) has plenty of restaurants and bars. Alternatively, you can visit nearby the old town in nearby Maribor (4 ms approx.) where you will discover yet more restaurants bars and nightlife. Or simply stay in and watch the skiing – day or night – from the comfort of your own apartment.
Yet this isn’t a one season place. In summer the hills are buzzing with hiking, mountain biking, horse riding, paragliding, summer sledding and much more. Slovenians take their outdoor pursuits very seriously. But if you set off into the pine-scented forests you will soon find yourself in glorious solitude. In the surrounding area you can enjoy golf, fishing, volley ball, tennis or an excursion into Maribor or to towns such as Ptuj, with its medieval town centre and castle. Ptuj has a golf course. The region has many vineyards that you can visit and relax with a glass of the local white wine and admire the views.
