The Cottage is detached sleeping four in 2 double bedrooms, ideally situated for visiting numerous chateaux, caves and medieval hilltop villages. Plus the River Dordogne is only 3/4 of a mile away for canoeing or swimming. The medieval village of Belves is only 5 miles away where you can find several restaurants and a few bars.
The cottage is set in a large garden with plenty of trees and shrubs, ideal for relaxation and play. There is a small pool to keep the children occupied, but large enough for adults to cool off on hot sunny day.
The interior of the house is very attractive and well equipped with good views from most of the windows. The lounge/dining room, dining kitchen and spacious shower room with toilet and sink are on the ground floor. Upstairs there is an extra toilet and sink and two comfortable bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds.
La Tute is a small hamlet with 2 golf courses only a short walk away and the nearest supermarket is at Siorac En Perigord a 4 minute drive from the cottage.

Seating for 6. The dining room/lounge is well equipped for dining inside on cooler days, along with a table in the kitchen and a couple of tables outdoors for warm sunny days.

Private Pool, Garden, BBQ, Parking, Garden Furniture. There is plenty of garden furniture for relaxing and dining outdoors. There is a small above ground pool 4.5 metres diameter in use July and August and there is plenty of parking space.

Children Welcome, Not Suitable For Wheelchairs, Suitable For Elderly, Pets Allowed, Sorry - No Smokers.
The house is unfortunately unsuitable for wheelchairs as it is on a raised level and the bedrooms are on the first floor

There are 2 golf courses nearby, one of 9 and one of 18 holes, both are in walking distance and the larger of the 2 has a restaurant and bar. The nearest small towns only a 5 minute drive away are Medieval Belves and Siorac En Perigord where you can find a good supermarket, restaurants and a few bars. The River Dordogne is less than a mile away for canoeing and swimming.
