For smaller parties it may be possible to hire only 4 bedrooms at reduced rate.
It enjoys superb location in a small residential area only a 4 minutes walk to a large supermarket and local fish and fruit market and about 12 minutes walk to the old part of Albufeira with it's superb nightlife and beaches.

Villa Sousa is a brand new 6 bedroom detached villa with a private swimming pool situated centrally in Albufeira, close to golf courses and water parks. It enjoys superb location in a small residential area only a 4 minutes walk to a large supermarket and local fish and fruit market and about 12 minutes walk to the old part of Albufeira with it's superb nightlife and beaches.
Our 6 bedroom detached villa is very bright and spacious with accommodation split as follows: On the ground floor there are 3 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom, 3 bathrooms, laundry room, large modern kitchen, living room with satellite TV, CD/DVD, safe and large corridor leading through stairs to back garden with private swimming pool, umbrellas, sun beds and superb barbeque area. On the first floor there are 2 more double bedrooms ( both en-suite ) with full bathrooms with baths and overhead showers.
Parking space inside villa grounds through automatic gates for 2-3 cars. Maid service is provided 3 times per week with linen changed once per week and towels twice weekly.

Algarve is a region renowned for its mild and sunny climate, its miles of glorious sandy beaches with their stunning rock formations and its excellent sport facilities. It boasts an average of 3000 hours of sunshine per year. It is mild all year round with virtually no rain in the summer months. February sees the start of spring and it is warm in October. Villa Sousa is only 2-3 minutes drive from the centre of Albufeira which is a major tourist resort with all facilities. The old town which perches on cliff top overlooking the beach retains a distinctive Moorish character and you can still see fisherman bringing in their catch on Praia dos Pescadores (Fisherman's beach).
Golf Information: There are currently 25 courses in the space of 100 miles of coastline, with more under construction. Most of the Algarve golf courses are within half an hour drive from our villa, some only 10-15 minutes. Over the last few years the Portuguese Open has been hosted variously at Penina, Villa Sol and Sao Lourenzo, all of which may be included in the list of top European championship courses. Warm playing conditions and immaculately manicured fairways and greens are the norm in the Algarve. Whatever you level of skills dedication there is a course for you in the Algarve. There are many atractions for children like the water parks, Zoomarine with animal shows where you can even swim with the dolphins, crazy golf and many more.
Car Hire: For guests wishing to rent a car we can make arrangements with a local firm at competitive rates with efficient and personal service. You can pick up the car at Faro Airport or have it delivered direct to the villa.
Airport Transfer: We can also make arrangements for a minibus transfer from Faro Airport to Villa Sousa. The driver will await your arrival and bring you direct to the villa. The cost is €49.00 ( about £39.00 ) for up to 8pax and the journey takes about 35 minutes. For larger parties we can reserve 2 minibuses.

Entertaining and educational oceanographic facility with all kinds of amusement, bars, restaurants, shops and swimming pool. You can book to swim with the dolphins !

Rental Notes: Arrive on any day of the week (flights are normally much cheaper midweek) but please note in high season it may only be possible to arrive on same day as the previous guests are checking out. We will do our best to accommodate your request with your chosen travel dates.
Check in from 4pm on the day of arrival, check out at 10am on the day of departure (this is tio allow time to clean the villa for next arrival).
30% deposit required when making a reservation. Balance payable at least 8 weeks before arrival. Payment can be made in sterling to our bank in UK or by bank transfer to our bank in Portugal.
Breakage deposit of €350.00 ( aprox. £280.00 ) must be paid on arrival in cash and will be refunded on departure providing no damage occured.
All rates are per villa, per week based on up to 10 pax and 5 bedrooms
