Located just 100 metres from the crystal clear waters & sandy beaches of the Mar Menor, this bright, spacious recently built, 4 bedroom townhouse is on a small, but well equipped residential complex. It is ideally situated to explore the delights of the mar Menor and the surrounding countryside which includes a national park, fabulous championship golf courses at the famous la Manga country club, Polaris world, also the new hacienda del alamo 5*golf resort, as well as 3 more golf course under construction. Therapeutic mud baths, some of the best restaurants available, and the famous salt lakes where flamingos are often sighted.
The location is quite central to a lot of villages and cities for that crucial shopping trip, a meal out or just to get a taste of the historic flavour of the area including, san Pedro del Pinatar, Los Alcazares, Los Nietos, Los Belenos, Playa Honda, Cabo de Palos, La Manga, Cartagena and Murcia. The property features 4 bedrooms, one upper double with balcony to the front which has seating & sea views, a ground floor twin and 3 upper bedrooms one with twin beds and the other has adult bunk beds & TV in all the bedrooms. It has two bathrooms, one upper with full size bath and shower. The front door leads directly into a very spacious living room complete with two sofa's, and seating for 7/8, sky TV, dvd/video, Sony PS2 and cd/cassete/radio. Both: The rear of the property enjoys a secluded area for private dining/bathing with outside shower area and has a small utility complete with washing machine, clothes line and outside sink basin.

There is a local supermarket and pharmacy 2 minutes walk in Playa Honda and a bank is on its way. Playa Honda also has a number of bars, those recommended are Brambles, Apicoco bar, this bar is run by our property manegement agents Clair and Dave they will make you feel really welcome and it has a fantastic atmosphere and we can highly recommend the food and entertainment, The Casablanca bar and 4 a great beach bar's are open until approx 9pm in the winter and untill the last person leaves in the summer, they have some great karaoke nights in the summer!! pool tables, TV, internet, many computer games, air hockey and you can watch the sun set on the terrace. There are a few great children's play areas here just a short walk from the house's and also on the beach . A big Go Karting track is 5 minutes walk away, all ages can enjoy this. If golfing is your sport then you can't get better than La Manga Club. Situated just 5 minutes drive away it offers 3 championship courses. It has also become a favorite for top European Premier League football teams to practise their training due to the exceptional climate. Recently La Manga Club was used for the filming of Superstars. The complex also offers exceptional nightlife with live bands, disco, fine dinning and casino. Also their are another 26 courses up and down the coast, including, Villa Martin, Campoverde and Campamore witch are all very good courses. Unknown to many visitors is the easy access to at least five other 18 hole golf courses in the Murcia region, in addition to the three courses at La Manga Club. They are all very well maintained and definitely worth visiting whilst staying in the Costa Calida, if of course your are golfer! We're already taking bookings for next year 2008! please book early. 25% deposit secures you a great holiday. A bond of £100 is required which will be given back at the end of your stay by the agent if the property is left in the condition it was leased in.
Please note flights and insurances are not included with the booking. Whilst there is no requirement that you obtain holiday insurance you are strongly advised you do arrange suitable cover.
A non refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure the booking of the property along with a completed booking form. Full payment is required 6 weeks prior to your arrival date. For bookings made less than 8 weeks prior to the holiday start date a payment for the total rental is required.
