The village has a beautiful Saxon church and pub overlooking the green - a meeting point for many walkers.
This immaculate high standard farm building conversion, recently completed and exceptionally well equipped is accesssible to Tunbridge Wells - only 30 minutes by car, 15 minutes from West Malling, Paddock Wood and Borough Green and for trains to London or the coast - Maidstone, Tonbridge and Sevenoaks are all only 20 minutes away. Local shopping is available in both West Malling and Hadlow near Tonbridge.
Parking is beside the cottage with access via the front door into the tiled hallway which houses the vacuum cleaner and other cleaning materials. The pretty living area has laminate flooring,armchair, double settee ( can be used as a bed - only suitable for a child), colour TV, video, coalburning stove style gas fire, ample lighting, coffee table, dining table with chairs, bookshelves well supplied with maps, books and videos. The attractive kitchen area with limed oak wall and floor units has a convection/microwave oven, 2 ring electric hob, kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer compartment, automatic washer/drier and very good range of crockery, glasses and saucepans. Double French doors from the living area lead onto a very pretty patio area with superb outlook to the strawberry fields.
The delightful cosy double bedroom, carpeted, with pine bed, bedside tables, wardrobe and chest of drawers has both summer and winter duvets for guests' comfort and here are also stored the iron, spare linen and hairdrier. From the bedroom is the pretty en-suite shower room with corner shower, WC, washbasin, heated towel rail and range of pretty matching bathroom fittings.
To the end of this delightful holiday accommodation is a neat enclosed garden with garden furniture and barbecue.
