An attractive luxury log cabin in the beautiful area of Lalinde with features including 3 bedrooms, 1 Bathroom, 2 WC, a small but private swimming pool in an idealic woodland location. Just 7km from the town of Lalinde and only 25 minutes from Bergerac airport. This cabin has the warmest and cosiest of feelings ideal for winter breaks as well as summer!
The cabins features are 3 bedrooms, a lounge/diner area, kitchen, and a luxury bathroom. Outside there is a sun terrace with and electric sun canopy, a fenced in swimming pool area with an undercover barbeque area fully equipt with tables and chairs all of this backing onto the cabins woodland. The cabin is furnished to a very high standard and is fully equipt including english/french sat T.V, DVD, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine, all bed linen and towels are included for your stay.
Lounge: A very comfortable suite which forms a double bed for extra guests a log burning fire with a 32inch widescreen t.v with satellite and DVD. Dining area: The dining area has a table with chairs for comfortable dining for 6 people and access to the sun patio area. Kitchen: Fully equipt with 4 ring gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, all utensils, washing machine and sink.
The maximum capacity of this property is 7 + baby. There is a cot, a high chair, and (stair) safety gate for a baby available upon request.
Bedroom 1 (master bedroom): Double bed with large wardrobe with shelving and draws and bed side table with a lamp. Bedroom 2: Two single beds but could also make a double pushed together, draws and a bed side table with a lamp. Bedroom 3: One single bed with draws and a bedside table with a lamp. Bathroom: Luxuriously fitted with twin basins and a luxury corner showerjet shower.
Outside: Sun terrace with electric canopy. Pool area with fencing all the way around plus alarm for child safety. A sizeable undercover barbacue area with barbacue, complete with outdoor seating area equipt with table and chairs for 6 people. Garden: Nicely landscaped garden area to the front of the property backing on to 2 acres of woodland at the rear.

Set in the hills of Lalinde the town is approx a 7km drive, the town of lalinde is a beautiful part of the Dordonge area and has every shop for all your needs including a supermarket.
It also offers the Dordogne river with outstanding scenery with excellent walks, boatrides, canoeing, and lots more.
Close by are the 12th centry towns of Issigeac, Beaumont, Monpazier, and Baives these towns have regular street markets which gives you a real feel for the french culture.
The town of Bergerac offers many leisure activities including fishing, bowling, golf, canoeing, museums, castles, go karting, a water park and much much more. There is a tourist information centre in Bergarac, which offers everthing available to you in and around this beautiful area of France.

A security deposit of £200 or 300 euros is required but is fully refundable upon your departure after inspection.
