This property is for holiday makers who require a peacefull location but like to drive into the resorts when they feel like a change. It is situated between Puerto Del Rosario and Corralejo. The villa stands in grounds of 1000 square metres and has a 10 metre x 5 metre swimming pool with a depth from 1 metre to 1.5 metres. It has a large terrace area and barbeque for those days around the pool. The villa also has a totally unoverlooked large roof top terrace with jacuzzi for private sun worshipers.
The property is internally fitted with excellent furniture and electrical items. On the ground floor it consists of Lounge, Dining room,Fully fitted kitchen which includes dish washer, washing machine, freezer, fridge freezer, oven/hob,microwave and all utensils.Also there are two double bedrooms and bathroom with shower. On the second floor is a private bedroom with dressing room and en suite. A short walk of approximately 100 metres will take you to either of the 2 local bars/ restaurants. There is no shop in the village so to enjoy this location a car is essential.
For golfers,the nearest championship course is approximately 20 minutes drive along the coastal road to Caleta de fuste. For the beach, it is approximately a 10 minute drive to the sand dunes. El Cotilo is also around the same distance to the beaches. Corralejo. is approximatey 20 minutes drive. Here you will find lots of shops, bars and nightlife. It also has a water park. Caletta De Fuste is 20 minutes drive away but in the opposite direction.

From airport- follow signs for Corolejo. Follow coastal road until you reach the fourth traffic island, sign posted La Caldereta. Turn left. Go up into village. Villa is 40mtrs past the bar on left.
