Brugue is situated at the end of a quiet country lane in a hectare of land and is surrounded by beautiful countryside. For guests who want enjoy outside living the huge enclosed pool area has a long covered terrace in front of the house and a separate dining terrace with gas BBQ adjacent to the pool which has around sound and lighting. The pool area is planted with exotic plants and olive trees. All rooms have sliding doors opening onto the different terraces. Montaigu de Quercy (2km) has a leisure lake and local shops and restaurants. Nearest Main Towns: Moissac and Fumel - 20 minutes.

Accommodation: The main entrance opens into the hallway that has a cloakroom with wc and a separate hanging and storage area. Spacious well equipped kitchen and dining room that has a fridge, freezer, electric oven and hob, and extensive kitchen equipment and appliances. An archway leads through into the sitting and dining room that has three sets of patio doors onto the terrace. The sitting room is well furnished with plenty of comfortable seating and fantastic views out onto the pool area.
There are three bedrooms. One double with dressing area and hand basin, one double with a bunk bed with it single bed on the upper part, and a double convertible on the bottom. This also has a dressing area with hand basin, The master bedroom/sitting room has a long settee, television and an en-suite shower-room with wc and washbasin. The family bathroom has a bath with a Jacuzzi and a power jet shower and wc and basin.
Guests can relax totally and enjoy the grounds and facilities that Brugue has to offer and the pool area is magic of a night-time.

Generally quieter than most regions, the departments covered are Lot-et-Garonne, Tarn-et-Garonne, Lot & Dordogne. there is something is here to suit all the family, including: fishing, tennis, walking, golf, cycling, horse-riding, lake swimming, windsurfing, canoeing, and much, much, more. Normally the area has a moderate climate with long Spring and Autumn seasons and Summers that can be very hot! Situated northwest of Agen on the A62. Open 7 days a week from the middle of June through to the end of August, and at weekends outside this time. Children (3-11 yrs)
Five ropes courses in the trees, starting at the green and blue courses for small children, and progressing in difficulty through white, red and black courses. Harnesses and instruction are included. If you are not interested in climbing, there is also mini-golf to enjoy, a small farm and the snail museum. Take a picnic and make a day of it. Situated at Lacapelle-Biron on the D420, north-west of Fumel. Open every day 0900 to 2000 during July and August, and at weekends at other times.
Rental Notes: Only Saturday to Saturday bookings are accepted during peak and high seasons. Customers are asked that they ensure that they do not arrive at the property until after 4pm on the day of arrival and they must depart before 10am on the day of departure.
