The barn adjacent to the pool has been roofed to provide a shaded area suitable for outdoor eating and has a small fridge. Montaigu de Quercy is 4km. Nearest main towns: Moissac & Valence d'Agen - 25 minutes.

Accommodation: First Floor: The stone steps open into the hallway. Fitted oak kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Double bedroom with king size bed. Twin bedroom. The bathroom opens into the main bedroom and hall and has a bath with shower attachment, wc, bidet and basin. Well proportioned and elegantly furnished sitting and dining room with tv/DVD/video and central fireplace with wood burning stove. Second lounge with stone fireplace and double sofa bed.
Ground Floor: The ground floor has completely separate living accommodation for two people. The sitting room leads through to the dining area and galley kitchen that has a microwave and fridge/freezer. Double bedroom. Bathroom ensuite: bath with shower attachment, basin and wc. There is a separate cloakroom with shower, wc, basin and washing machine that is situated in the covered porchway next to the cellar.

Situated northwest of Agen on the A62. Open 7 days a week from the middle of June through to the end of August, and at weekends outside this time. Children (3-11 yrs)
Five ropes courses in the trees, starting at the green and blue courses for small children, and progressing in difficulty through white, red and black courses. Harnesses and instruction are included. If you are not interested in climbing, there is also mini-golf to enjoy, a small farm and the snail museum. Take a picnic and make a day of it. Situated at Lacapelle-Biron on the D420, north-west of Fumel. Open every day 0900 to 2000 during July and August, and at weekends at other times.
Rental Notes: Only Saturday to Saturday bookings are accepted during peak and high seasons. Customers are asked that they ensure that they do not arrive at the property until after 4pm on the day of arrival and they must depart before 10am on the day of departure.
