Mosa Trajectum has an old Parador which has been rebuilt into a hotel and restaurant. The resort has a commercial centre of shops, boutiques, bars, restaurants, and medical.
Additionally just outside Mosa Trajectum (1/2 kilometre) you will find two Spanish restaurants where you can also buy some fresh products (bread, meat, fruit, vegetables). Mosa Trajectum is situated only 10 km from Murcia and 85 km south of Alicante. 15 minutes drive to the beaches of the Costa Calida and the Mar Menor. 27 hole golf course. Tennis courts. Small children's playground.
About Villa Blaak: The villa is equipped with air conditioning (2 units) and all around rolling-shutters. The living room is luxury and comfortable furnished with a large sofa, 2 armchairs, glass case, dinette and a television with a cable connection. The kitchen is well and fully-equipped with a granite worktop, ceramic cooking ring, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezing compartment and washing machine.
One of the bedrooms is on the upper floor which has patio doors to the large balcony. All bedrooms are tastefully furnished. On both floors there is bathroom. The bathroom on the ground floor is equipped with a wash basin, shower and toilet. The bathroom on the upper floor is equipped with a bath, wash basin, toilet and bidet.
About the area: With miles of sandy beaches the Mar Menor is an inland sea which means the water is always warmer, usually 5 degrees warmer than the Med, usually has no currents and no sharp drops making it perfect for children, plus there is so much of it, it is never packed. It is also very popular for its water sports, jet skis, waterskiing, diving etc.
25 minutes drive is the first aqua park in Murcia, Aqua Natura, which is part of the zoo Terra Natura and is now open. The "lazy river" where you can relax and let the water take you along. This area includes a solarium where you can rent sun beds, a swimming pool.
Everyone should make the time to go into Murcia itself, it is a beautiful historic city with stunning architecture and a grand Cathedral, there are many squares to discover with pavement cafes perfect for people watching, a main high street with shops and Corte Ingles, a large department store, and a maze of side streets full of interesting shops.
