Estival is a complex of new holiday houses, situated in the calm area of Cap Salou, outside of the city centre. Each townhouse features 2 floors and a terrace on the rooftop, where you will be able to enjoy the Spanish sun all day. The houses have a spacious living room which leads to a small private garden. This is all surrounded by a well groomed community garden with a splendid swimming pool. The residence also offers an underground car park, were each house has its own parking space.
This holiday home is beautifully furnished, has a fully equipped kitchen and air-conditioned through-out. Master bedroom has double bed, second bedroom two single beds & third bedroom two single beds. Sofa bed can accommodate 2 more people.
The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, oven, washing machine, fridge, freezer and much more. The house disposes of 2 bathrooms. One bathroom offers a shower and the other bathroom has a bath and shower. Sleeps 6 easily and can accommodate up to 8 in total.
From the living room you can access your own private little garden with garden furniture and from there go to the well groomed communal garden with large swimming pool.
The coastline is wholly unspoiled with crystal clear water, walks along hidden coves and beaches, just perfect for a relaxing family holiday. Salou is located on the Costa Dorada or ‘the Gold Coast’ in the Catalonia region of Spain. It is the undisputed pinnacle of holiday resorts on the Costa Dorada, with a clean, sandy coastline which stretches far into the horizon.
Salou really is an international destination, and although you will not be inundated with traditional culture, there are some magnificent international restaurants and transport networks to Barcelona where museums, galleries and cultural performances can be found in good supply.
Salou is a haven for young families and youth holidays, as it really is the archetypal beach holiday destination. The huge, sandy beaches are of course a huge factor in why people flock to accommodation in Salou, but the huge theme park, Port Aventura - Salou, seems to be the largest attraction for many, many miles, and the 8-loop Dragon Khan Rollercoaster can be seen from many of the top floor apartments in Salou itself.
