Skoorah - Cosy Loch Ness cottage, log fire, dogs welcome

Cottage with 2 Bedrooms, Sleeps 4, Garden

A log fire, woodland views with frequent deer sightings and a stream runing through the garden, all just above Loch Ness make Skoorah a wonderfully relaxing modern cottage from which to witness highland wildlife. Unusually the living room and kitchen are upstairs to take advantage of the first floor decking at the rear of the cottage which overlooks a woodland reserve. The garden is well fenced for dogs to play safely.

There is so much to see and do in this unspoiled, sparsely populated area of Stratherrick just 3 minutes drive up the hills above Loch Ness. There are unlimited local forest and hill walks with numerous lochs and rivers and rare birds and animals such as peregrine falcons and red kite, ospreys and red squirrel. The cottage is environmentally friendly being fuelled by green electricity, boasting two bathrooms and two WCs and finished to a high standard. Like other regular visitors to Skoorah you too will be saying "wonderful cosy cottage .... we will return !"
