The villa is nestled among an olive grove, a citrus orchard and eucalyptus trees. You can enjoy the view of Capri, Ischia and the coast from any point of the premises. The villa is built on a slope with terraces at each level and from there, you can enjoy a fantastic eyesight of the bay of Naples. 900 metres away from the villa you can find the cove of Massa Lubrense where there are some small restaurants offering the best range of local food and fresh fish. Post office, restaurants, supermarkets, banks and Church are located in Massa Lubrense; museums, cinemas, bookshops, beauty salon etc. are located in Sorrento.

The cove of Massa Lubrense is ideal for boat trips to Capri (approx. one hour), to Punta Campanella (the southern point of the gulf of Naples) and, on the opposite side, to Sorrento. In Massa Lubrense harbour it is possible to rent typical "gozzi" (typical Sorrentine wooden boat), motorboats and sailing boats, with or without crew, for wonderful cruises to Capri, Ischia, Positano, Amalfi.
