Villa Helena, as well as its twin Victor, is located in La Oliva, Fuerteventura, The Canary Islands, Spain, in a strategic point, being to about 10 minutes of “the Lakes of the Cotillo” and to about 15 minutes of “ the Great Beaches of Corralejo”. These Villas of Luxury are beautifully decorated and acclimated to create a comfortable, pleasant and peaceful atmosphere for our guests.
Each Villa is constructed on a spacious parcel and includes a wide porch, private swimming pool with sundeck, a parking for three cars and a garden area with native species of plants and an integrated outer barbecue as well as TV, Video and DVD.
All the perimeter of the parcel is fenced for maximum privacy with respect to the outside. With this Project, we have wanted to transmit our Guests, our restlessness with their own comfort.
Interiors. The house is distributed of the following way (see flat´s distribution): Hall. Cooking room. Bath. Suite with bath deprived for two people. Dormitory for two people.
Studied the different referred parameters from the climate, direction, characteristics of the surroundings, etc. it was decided to solve the construction on the ecological line, with the idea to offer an authentic natural product in all its aspects.
The well-known climate of the Canary Islands, in where the average temperature of the year turns around the 22 ºC, reaching high temperatures sometimes however, and the well-known pernicious effect of the climatizadores devices in general, which every time are negatively being recommended by the doctors in general, they inspired to look for new average constructive solutions to us with less artificial.
Our supply has solved of natural way east problem by means of the study and later beginning of solutions that control the flows of ventilation and with a correct level of isolation in all the house, getting itself even to study until the election of the type of furniture.
The wood is the great protagonist of our secret. This natural material assures to us that the environmental impact that it took place for his obtaining was minimum and its level of comfort is maximum. In fact, the use of wood pavements in hall and dormitories assures the warmth and comfort to us that we all expect in a vacacional period.
The outer finished ones have been oriented as well towards the ecological thing arranging natural stone in walls that confers to the construction a great personality and notoriety to it in its surroundings, also the finished ones of the swimming pool, the beach of this one and the solarium have been dealed with analogous form with different types of natural stones.

1 Double Bedroom, 1 Twin Bedroom. The equipment of the beds is of cotton of first quality with hypoallergic weaves. All windows are provided with double glassing insulated.

2 Bathrooms. The baths carefully have been dealt arranging an excellent illumination and ventilation and equipping the showers with screens to avoid the later annoyances to the use of them.
Kitchen:
Hob, Microwave, Fridge, Freezer, Washing Machine, Iron. All Safety and signs means to avoid any unwanted risks of fire or general accidents have been taking into consideration, such as domestic type smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.
Hobs/oven separated.
General:
Maid Service, House Linen, Towels Provided. Central heating as well as air conditioning are not neccessary due to the special construction system used.
Maid service is an extra at 15GBP per hour.
Dining:
Seating for 4. The furniture is highly functional, but exotic at the same time, and the colorful one of the lamps, curtains, etc.
Entertainment:
Video, DVD, CD System. Paddle Court available on request.
Outside:
Private Pool, Terrace, Garden, BBQ, Parking, Garden Furniture. The pool is heated at 22º C from October to April each year.
The terrace is very large covered one directed to the South for wind prevention.
The off road parking is at the front of the house.

We have equipped the Villas with sets of dishes for children, cradles and tronas so that they enjoy comfortably.

Local activities in and around La Oliva, Fuerteventura
Besides the sun pleasure, in the near beaches of Cotillo and Corralejo our Guests can find all kind of sea sports: Fishing, Kite Surf, Wind Surf, Diving and so on. A part from that you can hire a Buggy or All Road, etc.
In the Villa of La Oliva, there are many cultural activities like "La Cilla", "Villa de Los Artistas", "El Museo de Mane" or "La Casa de los coroneles". In Villaverde, 5 minutes away, you can find the "Centro de Interpretación" if you are interested in knowing how the Canary Islands were formed.

Rental Notes: The villa will be fully cleaned for your arrival and an additional change of towels left for you every week. We have found in the past that guests prefer not to be disturbed during their stay so there isn't a mid week clean, hence the change of towels are left at the start of the week for you.
Any additional cleaning service will have a charge of 15 pounds/per hour each.
