The house has been owned by the Coltelli family for nearly 200 years and retains an traditional ambience with many antique features. A popular local restaurant, renowned for its excellent home cooking and use of local produce, is only 5 minutes walk. The house has a large grassed garden area with paved patio, BBQ, traditional pizza oven, outdoor furniture and sun umbrellas.
Casa Coltelli has three spacious bedrooms with views and a twin room ideal for children. The cool, arched ceilinged balcony lends itself to a space for pre-dinner coctails or even a shaded, safe play area for children. There are 3 levels, with the kitchen and sitting room on the ground floor and the bathroom on the half landing. The house is ideal for a family or a group of friends. There are cool areas in the garden and the closeness of the wood affords peace and privacy.

The views from the garden are outstanding, being of the local mountain, the Pania di Corfino, and the three pretty villages of Magnano, Cannagio and Corfino.
There is a well stocked mini-market 10 minutes walk away and another fine restaurant in the main part of the village. The nearby market town of Castelnuovo has several supermarkets, banks, clothes shops, tourist offices and restaurants. There is also a busy weekly market.
