The Resort has everything that you need to have an absolutley fantastic holiday. There are numerous outdoor pools, restaurant and snack bar, kids play area, indoor pool, Fiitness centre and Sauna. Our apartment is fully a/conditioned and finished to a high standard. It is large, spacious and provides everything that you will need to have a fantastic holiday in the sun on a traditional and established beach resort. Its in a prime location, any nearer it would be on the beach.
The apartment has 2 bathrooms, one of which is ensuite to the master bedroom. The master bedroom is at the front of the property, with a balcony and door that leads onto the large terrace with a sea view!. The second bedroom has twin beds and a seperate balcony. The Kitchen is fully fitted, and includes a washing machine, dishwasher, cooker, hob, fridge freezer. All cooking utensils, plates, glasses etc are available for guests use.
There is a lounge with TV, Sofa bed, which leads onto the large terrace overlooking the landscaped gardens and pools. Please note there is NO surcharge for a/con use. There are also private sun loungers available for guests, which are kept on the terrace. There is a BBQ area on the terrace so if you can cook outside if you want!. The property is ground floor and so is suitable for families, couples, or seniors.

2 Bathrooms. Both bathrooms have showers, with the main bathroom having a full size bath with shower above. The worktop is full granite. The ensuite has shower cubicle, sink and w/c. All beautifully tiled.

Cooker, Hob, Fridge, Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Iron. Fully fitted kitchen with everthing that you could possibly need. However, eating out is very reasonable in Fethiye/Calis. The oven is electric, with a 4 ring ceramic hob

Local activities in and around Calis , Turquoise Coast/Lycia
If you have been before then you will know what a superb place this is, people return to Calis Beach , Fethiye and Turkey year after year. It has everything: superb weather, fantastic warm sea, clear blue award winning beaches, great food & drink, friendly and hospitable locals and loads of things to do, that are easy on the pocket.
You can do all types of water sports (from next to the complex), Quad Biking, Horse Riding, historical sites, shopping, sightseeing, Boat trips, Mud Baths, Butterfly Parks, Rafting, Golfing, or just Sunbathe and RELAX. Nearby are the world famous Olu Deniz lagoons and beaches. Some of the most photographed beaches, which appear in nearly every advert for Turkey.
This region is stunningly beautiful with beautiful tranquil bays, rugged coastlines, dramatic mountains, romantic coves or poplular tourist beaches. There are numerous outdoor and indoor markets and Fethiye town is only a short Dolmus ride away for approx 60p. Alternativey, get a water taxi!. These leave Chalis frequently and you can cruise across the bay and arrive in the Marina straight into one of the many restaurants and bars that line the Marina. If you do this in the evening and time it nicely, you can relax in one of the bars, facing out to sea, and watch the sunset- Truly amazing.
After this, you can hit the shops and try your hand at bartering, which is good fun, and the shopkeepers actually encourage a good haggle. Grab a bargain, or just get some souvenirs. If you want a livelier time, there are numerous bars and restaurants that open til late in Fethiye. The old town is a myriad of streets, that open into a maze of shops and bazaars. During the day go on a boat trip. All day fun for around £6 per adult, including food! A fantastic day out sunbathing on the boat and then snorkelling in the bays.
Lycian Rock tombs
This is a great day out from Dalyan. Ride along a boat which drifts thru the reeds. (The route taken is actually where the Classic African Queen was filmed with Humphrey Bogart). You can see the ancient tombs, carved into the Rock face. A very interesting and relaxing trip. The journey finishes on Iztuzu beach which is protected during turtle mating season.
12 Island Boat Trips
Numerous day trips leave Fethiye harbour every day around 10am. They return back around 6pm. Lunch is included and these trips cost around £10 per adult. Sunbathe in between stops when you can step,dive,jump or slide into the sea!. You can then snorkle, swim or frolick in the clear blue bays for 30/40 minutes before leaving to go to a differant bay. A fantastic day out. If like us, you may go on a few of these trips. Tip1.Dont go on the big boats, go for the smaller boats, not as packed, and more space on board to sunbathe.Tip2.Suncream!. The ideal place to get a tan, or to burn!.
Olu Deniz
Or dead Sea. Called because of its calm, crystal clear and shallow lagoons. There is a small charge to enter the protected area, which maintains its upkeep and preservation. A very laid back area, with a variety of bars and restaurants. Great Water sports area. A must for a day and evening out. Short Dolmus ride there and back. One of the most beautiful places you will ever see.
Kaya Village
The largest 'Ghost town' in Asia Minor. In 1923 the Greek Community left. There are over 3000 deserted buildings, churches, schools and shops. There are tourists shops and cafes here. If you like the unusual, or hgot curious kids this is a great day out.
Dalyan Mud Baths
This is a must, and double it up with the Lycian Boat Trip to end up on the beach. It is a so much fun. It smells awful, sulphar. But this is a natural region and it is visited by people from all over the world. It is similiar to outdoor pools, but they are full of warm mud. Cover yourself up, or your partner or your kids and vica versa and then dry in the sun!. Wash off in the showers, and then do it again.

This is a really nice day out for all the family and the region is home to several rare butterflies.
Fethiye Weekly Market
A must for locals and tourists. Tuesdays. Traders come from far and wide to sell a variety of goods from leather items, clothing and a variety of foods and drinks. Have fun bartering!. How about the local fish market. Select from a wide choice of local fresh seafood, take it to a nearby restaurant and for a small cahrge they will cook it for you, served with whatever else you fancy.
The resort is now only a simple journey from Dalaman International Airport. Transfer time 30/40 minutes. Flights from all major airports. We can assist in sourcing flights.

A £100 deposit will secure the booking and a receipt will be provided together for an invoice requesting that the balance be paid 6 weeks before the departure date. A 5% disct is available for 2 week bookings
If the booking is cancelled within 6 weeks the deposit is non-refundable. An maid service is avaialble if required. A high chair/cot rental service is available.
A transfer service can also be arranged on your behalf if necessary. Assistance with flights is also a service that we provide as we search a variety of different carriers to source the best and cheapest flights. Night flights tend to be cheaper, but not ideal for young children. Booking early is advisable for parties with children as day flights tend to be booked earlier. Flights arrive daily from all major destinations.

"Just had one hell of a great jooly at Sunset Beach, fantastic apartment, very well equipped, 2 great outdoor pools and right on the beach with free loungers and parasols.
The local agents couldnt do enough for us, arranging transfer at a very good price and locating a wheelchair for my disabled sister in law who had no trouble moving around the local restaurants would come and pick us up for free if we dined.
