This amazing villa is set on the hillside with stunning views across the golf courses and of the two seas. The villa has a large community pool and is superbly equipped in every way.
This stunning villa is set on the hillside in Monte Mares. There is a large double sized sitting room and dining room with a fire place. A large separate kitchen which is fully equipped with fridge freezer, oven and hob, dishwasher and everything you could want for a perfect holiday. From the kitchen there is a small rear patio.
The large elegant sitting room has two sets of patio doors leading to the top terrace. This has a large garden table, gas barbeque and sun loungers.
The master bedroom with ensuite bathroom has patio doors to the main terrace. The ensuite is marble tiled with a large separate shower, a bath, double wash basins, toilet and bidet.
Downstairs is a twin bedroom with dressing area and ensuite bathroom. There are patio doors to the bottom terrace. A further twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and patio doors to the terrace. Finally another twin bedroom with large ensuite bathroom, fitted wardrobes and patio doors to the terrace. There is a separate shower room for the middle bedoom. Also a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Outside there are steps down from the bottom terrace to the community gardens. Walk across the grass for a few meters to the fantastic community pool. This pool is only for the villas of Terrazas del Monte Mares. and so is not over crowded.

La Manga Club is famous for its three Championship golf courses, its LTA association for tennis with 28 tennis courts, bowls, squash. Then there is the Five Star Hyatt Regency Hotel and best of all the Spa, with its thermal pools, fabulous gymnasium and treatments. Enjoy a day at the Spa a fabulous treatment for a fraction of the cost of the UK. La Manga Club has over 30 bars and restaurants ranging and catering for all tastes. From the fine dining of the Amapola Restaurant in the Hyatt to Uncle Sam´s American Diner with its checked table cloths burgers and chips. There is something for everybody here at La Manga Club.
There are academies for Golf, Tennis, Football and rugby to keep the children happy and even a "kids club" on site, if you want to drop them off and have a day to yourselves.
You dont have to race around to enjoy your holiday, the villa is very relaxing and very large so you will always find a quiet spot to sit in the sun and enjoy a good book.
Visit the nearby town of Cartagena for historic Spain. Cartagena is one of Europe´s deepest natural harbour and has a history which pre dates the Romans. Visit the Roman wall, take the Tour bus and find out more, or the Tourist boat will show you around the harbour.
Cartagena is an excellent place to shop, there is a new shopping centre which has recently opened just outside the town. Large chain shops such as Zara nestle side by side with smaller boutiques. Decathlon the Sports shop has a huge warehouse there with excellent prices, should you break a string on your tennis racquet.
The area has over 271 km of beaches, and two seas. The warm safe waters of the Mar Menor a large lagoon. The waters are shallow and so full of salt that you can float around unaided. The Mar Menor is separated from the Mediterranean by a narrow strip of land called La Manga (the sleeve). This strip of land has stunning beaches either side.
But if you want a beach, vist La Cala on La Manga Club.

This fabulous theme park is a really fun day out for all the family. The park is divided into four very different sections. Rides range from Rollercoasters which turn 360 degrees to calm and tranquil boat rides. Get wet in Ancient Egypt and Ancient Greece on the boat ride. Smaller kids will have a fantastic day too as there are plenty of rides for the little ones that bigger people cant do.

Rental Notes: Change over days are entirely flexible. Take advantage of the cheaper mid week flights into Murica We try wherever we can to allow you to stay in the villa until you need to leave for the airport. However if this is not possible due to another arrival we respectfully request that you vacate before 11am. Taxi transfers can be arranged from the airport and a lower than local taxi rate.
Towels and linen are provided for the house but you do need to bring your own beach and pool towel. Change of linen and mid stay clean for bookings of over 10 days.
Welcome pack provided, included in the price. This can be upgraded to a full breakfast pack including sausage bacon and eggs.
Travel cot and high chair are available upon request.
