This fantastic new villa has 4 large bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and its own private pool set in private gardens. Perfect for a wonderful relaxing holiday, enjoy the fantastic weather, right on the beach and only a short walk from restaurants and bars.
This villa is very private and very relaxing, perfect for a wonderful holiday. The pool is large and has a jacuzzi at the shallow end. The garden has plenty of quiet private areas to relax totally with a good book and have some time to yourself.
The house is a large detached villa situated down a long private driveway. Upstairs there is a master bedroom with dressing area and ensuite bathroom with double vanity unit, bath with shower over, WC and bidet. The bedroom has patio doors to the large terrace with commanding sea views.
The second bedroom is a twin with patio doors to the same terrace and there is also further double bedroom upstairs. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a family bathroom with shower over bath, vanity unit, WC and bidet. Dowstairs there is another twin bedroom with ensuite full bathroom, shower over bath, vanity unit and WC. There is a further full bathroom with shower over bath, WC and vanity unit.
The bedrooms are large and spacious with plenty of wardrobe space. The kitchen is very large and well equipped, with two fridge freezers, dishwasher, oven and hob. There is a separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The large lounge diner has a real fireplace and plenty of comfy sofas, and a large dining table and chairs. There are patio doors to the terrace. This is raised up above the garden level and has a lovely covered eating area.
The garden is enclosed and beautifully and carefully planted with palms and flowering shrubs. There are interesting parts tucked away around the side, a proper stone BBQ and plenty of space to relax and unwind and enjoy a fabulous holiday.

Local activities in and around La Manga Del Mar Menor, Costa Calida - Murcia
The villa is located on La Manga Strip which is a small strip of land that separates the Mar Menor from the Mediterranean. The villa is right on the beach and tucked away, but because of the landscape it is still only a few minutes walk from the busy and bustling restaurants and bars on La Manga. Ideal as the beach is only a couple of minutes walk and and the warm shallow waters of the Mar Menor are safe for children.
There is plenty to do in the area, the are 11 golf courses within easy reach, Water Park at Murcia and even Terra Mitica is a good day out.

Smaller kids will have a fantastic day too as there are plenty of rides for the little ones that bigger people cant do.
