One bedroom, 6th floor apartment (with lift), recently refurbished and redecorated throughout, featuring bedroom with comfortable king-size bed, bedside tables, dressing table and wardrobe; comfortable living/dining room with 2 settees (one of which a queen size bed settee) and a fold up bed suitable for a child, where one can relax after a busy day sightseeing; fully equipped live-in modern kitchen; bathroom with tub and shower fix; entrance with extra wardrobe; balcony with sun blinds, table and chairs. The property is conveniently located in the Colli Albani-Appio San Giovanni district: 3 km from St. John’s Cathedral, 5 km from the Coliseum, within walking distance from the Old Appian Way, where you can visit the catacombs. Its location is excellent for access to all of Rome’s tourist attractions. Public transport is widely available and all the major sites can be reached in a few minutes (Colli Albani A-line undergound station and many bus stops right at the doorstep).
There is a supermarket opposite the flat and a great mix of shops, banks, internet cafés, restaurants, pubs, pizzerias all in close proximity. The adjacent Via Appia Nuova is one of Rome’s best shopping areas. Guarded garage nearby, on street parking.
Golfers may be interested to know that we are only 2 km away from the “Circolo del Golf di Roma Acquasanta”, a well-maintained 18 hole golf course.
From Fiumicino airport take train to Tuscolana station then subway A line to Colli Albani stop. From Ciampino airport take Cotral bus to the Anagnina and then subway A line to Colli Albani stop.

Rental Notes: The above rates are for two guests (we can accommodate up to 5). For each additional person +75 euros weekly.

Each additional person + 15 euros daily.
Min. stay 3 days. 25% deposit on booking. This is not refundable, but in case of cancellation at least 3 wks before arrival we can issue a coupon to be used at a future date. Breakage deposit to be paid on arrival, refundable on departure if all is in order. Rental rates depend on number of persons and include electricity (in winter), gas, heating, bed linen, towels and final cleaning. Changeover cleaning only. In summer electricity is charged on consumption (0.30 euros/kWh) for air conditioning. Check out: 8 - 11 a.m. Check in: 2 - 6 p.m., although we try to be flexible.
