It is set in its own secure grounds in a quiet location (in the heart of the Calvados ‘bocage’ countryside) and is reached by a private lane. The Cottage sleeps 8 comfortably in 4 separate double bedrooms. One of which is on the ground floor with en suite facilities - wheelchair accessible.

It is South facing, set in its own secure grounds with parking for up to four vehicles. Being centrally located, it is ideal for exploring Normandy, enjoying renowned French cuisine and a relaxed way of life. For the more energetic Golf, Sailing, Fishing, Swimming and even bungee jumping are available nearby. Bayeux, Mont St Michel, D Day beaches etc. are all within easy driving distance. Take the ferry to visit Jersey or Guernsey. It has excellent road connections with the toll free motorway only 3 miles away. The village of Campeaux is 2 miles east and the large town of Vire is 7 miles south.

3 Double Bedrooms, 1 Twin Bedroom. Double Bedroom on ground floor has en suite facilities. Two other Double bedrooms are upstairs with original oak beamed ceilings. Twin bedroom accessed through master bedroom.

2 Showers, 1 Separate WC. Both Shower rooms are on the ground floor, one being the en suite facilities of the downstairs bedroom.
There is also a seperate wc upstairs.
Kitchen:
Cooker, Hob, Microwave, Fridge, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Iron. Newly installed fully equipped kitchen with table and chairs.
General:
Real Fire. Log Burning stove for heating. Duvets and Pillows are supplied. Linen available if required at extra cost.
Dining:
Seating for 8. The oak dining table is situated in the large hallway. A Highchair is also available.
Entertainment:
Satellite TV, Video, DVD, Board Games. A collection of fiction books and tourism books available.
Outside:
Garden, BBQ, Parking, Garden Furniture. Secure Garden is mainly lawned with some mature trees. Cottage is accessed down a private lane and has parking for 4 cars. The property is bordered by fields.

Located adjacently to the Vire Valley there are some lovely walks starting from Bures Les Monts.
