Casa Bianca is a spacious detached villa in a superb location just 2km from Begur. Stunning sea views can be enjoyed from the house and terraces. There is a private infinity pool and the steps down to the beach village of Sa Riera are 5mins walk.
Casa Bianca has been interior designed to an exacting standard and offers very comfortable and well thought-out accommodation in a beautiful setting.
Six bedrooms, four bathrooms. Four of the bedrooms have direct access to a terrace.There are several terraces surrounding the house with ample garden furniture and sunbeds, as well as a terrace from the main bedroom on the first floor.
A private drive leads to the house with a garage. At this level the front door opens to a hall and a door to a double bedroom with ensuite shower room.
Stairs to the first floor opens onto a large open plan living area with glass doors to several terraces including access to the pool area with a terraced surround and direct sea views.
The living area is furnished with comfortable sofas and dining table and chairs for 10 persons. There is a flat screen tv [freeview], cd/dvd. A galleried landing leads to the master bedroom suite with bedroom and bathroom with bath and shower.
The house has air conditioning [hot and cold] and the living room has a wood burning stove.
There are three further bedrooms and two bathrooms [one ensuite]. A fully equipped very good quality kitchen leads from the dining area and has built in appliances including oven, microwave, hob, fridge/freezer. A utility room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer with an extra sink.

There is a drive to the house and steps from the ground level up to the living area. Further steps to the master bedroom.
Local activities in and around Begur, Costa Brava/Catalonia
Tennis and horseriding- 5 mins drive. Beach activities, snorkelling, diving- 10min drive. The beaches in this region are superb. All sandy with blue flags and mostly a shallow entrance making it safe for little ones. There is rarely overcrowding as there is such a choice of beaches and some are relatively unknown by tourists. This area attracts many spaniards from Barcelona and other parts of Spain, many of whom have holiday homes here.
Go-karting for kids and adults-10mins drive. Water park- 20mins drive. Zoo- 10mins drive. Cycling- bykes can be hired in Palafrugell. Golf- many golf courses within 10-20 mins drive. The house manual gives details of all the courses in the local vicinity. Sailing- 10mins drive. There is a sailing club at Sa Riera and kayaks and pedallos for hire. Kayaks also at Calella.
Cultural activities- all over the region: Figueres- Dali's museum- 40mins drive. Medieval towns- 15-20 mins drive- Peratallada- a must to visit. Restaurants- too numerous to mention. Begur has a very good choice as do the coastal villages. Shops- an interesting selection of very good shops selling clothes, jewellery, etc. Food- excellent speciality shops in Begur for fish and meat plus very good supermarkets.
Walking- this is wonderful walking country, especially out of season when it is not so hot. The tourist office has a map showing popular walks. Skiing- within 3 hours you can be on the slopes in Andorra.
Night life- plenty if you want it but there is not a string of discos here. Mainly late night cellar bars with music, some with dancing. There is a club in Begur and one just outside, not far from the villa but well away from everything and everyone! The main square has entertainment in the high season with a mixture of traditional and modern music and dancing. Wonderful to just sit and watch!
From Begur towards Palafrugell turn off towards Es Valls. Casa Bianca is just 5mins drive from Begur. Explicit directions are given and our local agent will meet you on arrival.
