The farm sells free range eggs, and there are horses, pot bellied pigs, a goat, dogs, donkeys and chickens for eveyone's enjoyment. For walkers, there are many acres of woodland and farmland to explore. Hastings, Battle, medieval Rye, Bodiam Castle and picturesque Tenterden are all within a very short drive.

The lounge has seating and dining table for 4, colour TV, and patio doors overlooking the pond and gardens. The downstairs bathroom with shower over the bath is fitted with a seat for the infirm or disabled, washbasin and WC. A utility room with washing machine and tumble drier is to be found in the adjoining room where the owners also keep their horse-tack. The light and pretty rear double bedroom, has fitted wardrobes and dressing table, as well as side tables, lamps and hairdrier.
A carpeted, feature staircase leads to the large upstairs twin bedroom, furnished in antique style, fitted wardrobes, dressing tables, chairs and mirrors, plus a washbasin, and has glorious views over the vast pond and rolling farmland.
