This is a spectacular villa available to rent on the Campo De Golf, the villa has 3 large bedrooms, a single bedroom and three bathrooms.
The villa's patio is decked out with 2 quality hard-wood sun beds incorporating pull-out sides for drinks, 6 additional sun loungers, two large umbrellas and stands, an extra large hard-wood patio table with 8 chairs and a bench, these are shaded from the sun by an attractive pergola and overlook your own heated swimming pool.
The pool is a traditional rectangular shape and is 8m X 3.7m in size, with gorgeous roman style steps to enter the pool with Jacuzzi jets. We also have a solar-heated shower located by the side of the pool.
There are stairs on the side of the villa which lead up to a totally private and secluded sun-terrace or bathing area which offers wonderful views across the golf course and the sea.
The garden area is fully landscaped with a great range of shrubs, tropical plants and earthenware pots.

The accommodation of the villa comprises of 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a double bed with bedside cabinets, further dressing table and double fitted wardrobe. There is an Ensuite with bath and shower with screen, wash basin set in marble with a cupboard underneath, toilet and bidet.
The second bedroom has a double bed and bedside cabinets with double fitted wardrobe. The third bedroom has two single beds and bedside cabinet and double fitted wardrobe. The fourth bedroom has a single bed, bedside cabinet and single wardrobe and chair. All double wardrobes have hanging rails, shelving and drawers.
The villa has a large bathroom which is made up of a bath with glass screen and shower, wash basin set in marble with a cupboard underneath and toilet.
The villa also contains a fully equipped kitchen with a range of floor and wall cupboards, granite worktops and breakfast bar with sink and drainer. There is a Tall fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave oven and dishwasher. A Full range of cooking equipment incuding kettle, toaster, coffee-maker, pots pans, cutlery, plates etc. As you can imagine for a villa of the quality there is everything you require for the complete villa holiday rental and self catering experience.
The utility area within the villa has twin water heaters for ample hot water, work surface, drying area and fully automatic washing machine.
The immaculate lounge/diner has two settee’s and a coffee table, TV with full sky package and DVD player. The sideboard contains a full range of drinking glasses and ample storage. To set this area off there is also a large dining table for 6 persons.
Towels and linen are provided and the villa is cleaned on a weekly basis.
