This French holiday home is perfect for a couple or ideal for a small family, and has been tastefully decorated and refurbished to a high standard with many facilities.
La Petite Poche sleeps four in comfort and provides high quality accommodation. There is a pleasant, sunny terrace and garden to the rear.
The house comprises front living room, separate dining & kitchen space, shower room, and two good size bedrooms upstairs.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with fan oven, ceramic hob, ‘fridge and microwave.
Riverside walks, local amenities and attractions are all close by in Noyers, ‘Un des plus beau de villages de France’’.

Terrestrial TV, DVD, Radio, CD System, Board Games. Golf and tennis court at Tanlay 30 mins away.
We have now installed a new Philips digital plasma screen television. It will receive up to 18 channels, and perfect for weather,news,house DVD's
Outside:
Terrace, Garden, BBQ, Parking, Garden Furniture. A rustic French outlook to the farmer's vegetable plot on the right. A working lavoir is just outside the garden - great for children to poke around in.

Children Welcome, Not Suitable For Wheelchairs, Sorry - No Pets Allowed, Sorry - No Smokers.
We regret no pets or smoking. The terracing to the garden does mean three steps, which families with small children or those with knee-problems should bear in mind.

Rental Notes: Changeover day is Saturday, and in order to check and clean the house we ask guests to arrive after 4pm, and to leave by 10 am.
Our Terms
We ask for a £55 deposit at the time of booking (non-refundable if booking cancelled) and the balance six weeks before the start of your holiday.
We also require a separate cheque for £100 as a deposit against possible damages or loss, which, between the months of June and September we do not bank, and which will be destroyed if everything is satisfactory at the end of your holiday.
Outside of these months, we deduct electricity consumption at 8.5 pence per unit from the security deposit and return the balance at the end of your holiday at La Petite Poche.

Any two week booking receives a 7.5% discount on the second week.
