Historic Hastings and picturesque Rye are both a mere 5 miles away. Ample parking is available near to the cottage, with a path and private entrance to the cottage annexe. Local coarse fishing in nearby reservoir at edge of farmland, (small charge applicable).

A second lounge/bedroom with double sofabed, single bed, small wardrobe/cupboard, and seating, has a wonderful sunny aspect with excellent views of the rolling countryside. The comfortable twin bedroom (beds can be bolted to form a double) also has a vaulted beamed ceiling, large fitted wardrobes and a vast luggage storage area. An en-suite bathroom with hand shower over the bath, WC washbasin and shaverpoint leads to this bedroom, and can also be accessed from the hall. All the flooring is in grey slate with rugs, and the wooden doors provide a warm cottage feel to the accommodation.
