This former C.18 brick, chalk and carrstone barn has been converted to a high standard, retaining much of its original character and charm. It contains one double bedroom with wc, basin and shower (en-suite) and one twin bedroom; also a bathroom including bath, basin and second wc. It has a fully fitted kitchen / diner, with electric cooker, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher; a spacious living room with TV, Video and DVD, and an attractive patio with water feature and car parking space. Little Barn enjoys a southerly aspect and is situated within a private courtyard with the owners house close by. With a sofa bed the accommodation can provide for an additional 2 guests (by prior arrangement).

In addition there are a number of historic estates close at hand, including Royal Sandringham, Holkham, Oxburgh and Houghton. Hunstanton is just 12 miles away and the Norfolk Lavender Fields 8 miles away.
For ornithologists the RSPB Bird Reserve at Titchwell is nearby as is Snettisham, Holme and Dersingham Nature Reserve. Golf, Horse riding, Fishing and Sailing are all available locally. The property is located on National Cycle Route 1.
There is an excellent pub within easy walking distance – serving real ales and good food. A local store is located just 400 metres away.
