This 2 bedroom apartment is set in an ideal location being just a couple of minutes walk to the beaches of Mojacar Playa and all the facilities this popular resort has to offer. There are many activities in the area, the Vera water park, quad biking, Garrucha go-karting, scuba diving, water sports, horse riding, golf (we have 4 good courses here), walking etc. The beaches of Mojacar Playa are cleaned daily and monitored by lifeguards throughout the summer.
The apartment is located in a small block, overlooking the communal swimming pool, set back from the main road.
The accommodation comprises of: Good size lounge/diner with sofas, TV with video, stereo, dining table with seating for 4 and doors onto private terrace. Bedroom 1 with double bed, fitted wardrobes, fan and doors out onto the terrace. Bedroom 2 with twin beds, fitted wardrobe and fan. Bathroom: bath with shower over, bidet, wc and basin. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, washing machine, oven and microwave.
Exterior Good size sunbathing terrace overlooking the communal pool with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside and the sea. Table and chairs, sunloungers.

A super location, walking distance of all the bars, restaurants and shops and of course the beach. Mojacar boasts 7km of sandy beaches and a rugged coastline with many coves to explore. If you are not wanting to hire a car, we are able to arrange airport transfer.
The area has many good restaurants serving a variety of food and activities to suit every age group and taste. We are happy to pre-book activities such as horse riding, quad biking etc and are available to give directions/recommendations.
