  Villa Kalosa is a beautifully well maintained detached villa in a very private cul de sac position only a five minute walk from the historic and much sought after village of Alcalali which has no less than 10 bars/restaurants and many other facilities. The larger town of Jalon famed for its award winning bodegas and Moscatel wine is only 5 minutes drive away. Villa Kalosa is also within a 20 to 30 minute drive from the popular coastal resorts of Calpe, Denia, Moraira and Javea renowned for their white sandy blue flag beaches.

With spacious accommodation for up to 6 people plus a cot and set in stunning landscaped gardens with magnificent valley and mountain views, Villa Kalosa is a great choice for any holidaymaker. The accommodation consists of a good sized fully equipped modern kitchen, a spacious lounge/dining room with original woodburning stove, Satellite TV, DVD and music system. Patio doors lead from the lounge to the large enclosed naya and then out on to open terrace balcony which has breathtaking views over the garden, valley and the mountains beyond. There is a huge master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and Sky TV, further large double bedroom and twin bedroom as well as a family bathroom/wet room.

As well as the elevated open terrace area for dining, there is also a large downstairs open naya, pergola bar area/BBQ and outside kitchen area, plenty of sunny and shady terraces. The 10m x 5m elevated pool is uniformly 1.4m deep and is accessed by steps leading from the downstairs naya terrace. This is the focal point of the beautifully landscaped gardens, where different areas are laid out for sunbathing, shade, entertaining and outside dining.

Local activities in and around Calpe, Costa Blanca - Alicante
 
         
The nearest village of Alcalali is five minutes walk away and has facilities to include, 2 small but well stocked supermarkets, bakers, newsagents, bank, post office and even hairdressers and beauty salon. Also Alcalali is home to no less than 10 bars/restuarants. The larger town of Jalon is just a five minute drive away and is home to large Supermarket which stocks local and international products, several banks, newsagents, an English supermarket, an English Hairdressers, local bakeries, butchers and various gift shops. Jalon also has a small childrens park and a large outdoor public pool open in the summer months where the local village families congregate. In addition there are several good restaurants both spanish and international and local tapas bars. The other villages of the Jalon Valley, Parcent, Lliber and Orba can all be easily reached within 10 mins drive. They all have interesting characteristics and plenty of restaurants, shops, cafes and bars. Children are welcome in all of the restaurants and bars.

Other places of interest in the area are A 5* paragliding school in Parcent village and paragliding from the mountain (Coll de Rates), only a 10 minute drive from the finca. There is also the Donkey sanctuary in the mountains toward Bernia where one can offer support for the project by indulging in an incredible lunchtime feast with amazing views where all profits go towards the well being of the donkeys. There is also the famous mountain spring and walks on the Serra Bernia, only a 10 minute drive away. Around 50 minutes drive away are the famous theme parks of Benidorm, including Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, and Aqualandia Water Park & Wild Life Park. Historic Guadalest and the famous water pools and waterfalls are just 30 mins drive away. The area around the property is particularly good for walkers/hikers, cycling, bird watching and sight seeing.
