The owners of “Casa Sole” have made this small and medieval village 'Boveglio' surrounded in a beautiful chestnut forest, their own home. In their professional life, Michela organizes events and Luca is the chef of an important Villa near Lucca. They both fell in love with the peace of this village, a real oasis of silence and simple life, but not far from the city of Lucca.
After a fine and original restoration of this typical old house in Boveglio, they decided to divide it in two separate apartments. They kept the smallest residence for themselves, “Casa Luna”, and reserved the nicest apartment for those visitors particularly interested in finding a pacific place to recharge and relax. They called it “Casa Sole”.
Everyday their guests can live a different experience, having the possibility to visit incredible environments, in this rich, sunny and extraordinary country of Lucca, full of wines, very good olive oil and superb food!!
Boveglio and Surrounding; The fortified village of boveglio has maintained its ancient aspect,to 700 meters of quota between the battifolle and the pizzorne.outside from the village one finds the romanesque church ,the bell tower and the einttled seicentoesco oratory to the misericordia. The village it’is approached crossing the special door,that a time managed from the inhabitants must to its name to a hospital.in the higher part of the agglomerate the tower of the clock is found.
