Completed in September 2005 , our 2 bedroom penthouse apartment has been carefully furnished and equipped to ensure you have all you need for a comfortable holiday. It has sea views from both terraces, it has marble floors in the living areas, bedrooms and bathrooms. It is equipped with air conditioning/heating to ensure a comfortable environment inside all year round.
This luxury apartment is very spacious with 2 floors, a spiral staircase leads to the upper bedroom with en-suite shower room and toilet. This bedroom has 3 beds and 2 can be made into a double bed and it also has its own sunny balcony overlooking the sea.
Downstairs has a large lounge with a large bed settee, fireplace and flat screen television equipped with DVD and SKY television. There is a downstairs double bedroom and luxury bathroom with Jacuzzi. The fully fitted kitchen has an oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer and microwave. This level also has its own terrace with sea views. This is a gated community and has underground parking and a lift to the penthouse which is located on the 3rd floor. There is a large swimming pool together with a kiddies pool in the complex.
