The extensive, well stocked gardens have been professionally landscaped and terraced and are overflowing with a wide variety of trees, bushes, shrubs and climbing plants. From all areas of the property, the pool and gardens, the views of Moraira and the Med are stunning. Plenty of outside seating provides the opportunity to quietly enjoy the magnificent panorama and for al fresco dining, there is a large outside dining table with chairs for ten and a barbecue.
Approx. one hour (easy) drive, most of it via motorway from either Alicante or Valencia.

The Moraira area: This area is without doubt one of THE most impressive in Spain. A totally different world from Spains overdeveloped tourist ghettos. Beautiful scenery. No high-rise development. Beaches with a carefully preserved natural beauty which defies description. And all of this almost right on your doorstep.
A property for those who appreciate "location". A peaceful, geen & prestigious area with dramatic sea views - only a short drive to beaches, marina and restaurants.
