A new, luxury 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home located in the prestigious gated lakeside community of Calabay Parc at Tower Lake. Within easy reach of Disney, other theme parks and several golf courses.
This new, air-conditioned, comfortably furnished villa includes 2 master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, king size beds and direct access to the pool deck. The other 2 bedrooms each have 2 twin beds. All bedrooms include ceiling fans and TVs (cable) and high speed secure wireless internet access is available throughout the villa. TVs in the master bedrooms have DVD players.
The villa has a large fully fitted kitchen including a fridge/freezer with ice dispenser, dishwasher and a wide range of appliances. Adjoining the kitchen is the dining area that includes the front bay and seats 8 comfortably.
The family room includes as part of the furnishings a queen size 3 seat sleeper/sofa (that provides additional sleeping space if required) and a large TV with DVD player and DVDs. It looks out through large sliding doors on to the patio and pool area.
The decking around the pool/spa has been extended to allow for the ample comfortable pool furniture to be arranged on all sides. There is (optional) pool and spa heating (gas+solar = fast) available so that the pool can be used in winter and the spa can be used as a hot tub. The covered patio has a ceiling fan and there is both patio and pool lighting for evening use of the pool.
There is a utility room with washer and tumble dryer. This leads in to the garage which has been professionally converted to a games room with fans/additional lighting for the tables with a 7ft pool table, air hockey, Nintendo Wii console/games, toy & games box and an electronic dartboard.
A cot and high chair are provided as standard (additional children’s requirements can usually be met if requested). Finally, for your security, the property is fitted with a fire/intruder security system, small safe and the pool/spa area is fitted with a child safety fence.
