Largest indoor swimming pool in Bansko is in the nearby Hotel Olymp about 100m away and is cheap to use for all residents of the Apartment House!

Height of the resort: 925 m. Highest skiing area: 2600 m. Total length of ski runs: 70 km. Longest track combo: 16 km downhill race. Direction of slopes: North. For extreme skiers Bansko ski zone offers the so called fun - park zone. A bonus for the skier is the 7 kilometers long lighted ski - road between Banderishka polyana and the town. Some of the pistes offer wonderful conditions for night skiing, which is available for everyone from 18.30 until 21.30.
Bansko is a traditional ancient village with medieval buildings, cobbled streets and many cultural monuments. Bansko is a world heritage site located in the Pirin National Park approx 1000 metres above sea level.

Stays of less than 1 week are permitted. Simply divide by 7 then multiply by number of days to calculate cost.
A non-returnable booking deposit amount of 25% to be received within 10 days of Booking Date. Balance payable no later than 4 weeks before arrival date. A breakage deposit of 100Euro is payable in cash when the keys are collected at the apartment. It is refunded when the keys are returned.
Rental amounts can be payable to the owner by cheque or Paypal. Apartment ready by 3.00pm.
Please vacate apartment by 11.00am.
