This newly renovated, first floor apartment set within a characterful old building near the sea front of Cannes, is located just 200 metres from the Palais des Festivals, the Port, and the beach!
It’s approximately 30 sq metres and comprises of a good sized living/dining room, a modern kitchen area, a bedroom and a shower room. Immediately outside the apartment you'll find the bustling town of Cannes, with its shops, markets, restaurants & cafes all on your doorstep. A town celebrated for its glamour and festivals, you’ll be right in the heart of it here! It has a maximum occupancy of 4 people and would be perfect for a couple (plus baby), or 2-4 people sharing.
Living room: is a long room with a sofa bed (160x200cm), a TV (French), a DVD payer and Hi-Fi at one end. It has a large window looking onto the street, with double glazed units which are very effective in blocking out the noise outside. At the kitchen end of the living room there is a dining table and 4 chairs.
Kitchen: is very modern with a 2 ring hob, a microwave and a fridge. It is well equipped and ideal for preparing breakfasts and simple meals. There is also an iron and ironing board.
Bedrooms: there is one bedroom, located at the back of the property (quieter) which has 2 single beds and fitted wardrobes.
Bathrooms: there is a modern shower-room off the living room, which has a shower cubicle, with fantastic body jets and a small ‘bath’ at the bottom (ideal for bathing small children), a sink and WC.

Outside: car parking is not included at this apartment but you can sometimes find a space in the street or in the nearby car park. A car is not necessary here.

Local shops, restaurants, boulangeries and a supermarket can be found right outside on the very same street! You can shop daily here for all your favourites. Local markets are held every day in the town’s covered market (see photos) and here you can buy fresh fish, fruit, vegetables & olives.
Sporting activities in the area are abundant– there is golf, tennis, fishing, water sports, sailing, the beach, equitation, bathing and bowling. You are also in very close proximity to the mountains and hills of the Alpes Maritimes region here, which makes walking and cycling very popular. Beaches can be found very close by, just 200metres away.
The ski stations of Valberg, Isola 2000 and Auron are just over 1 hour’s drive away if you fancy a couple of day’s winter sports! Getting around is easy from here; you are close to the bus network, taxis and the train station of Cannes. A car is not necessary.
Sightseeing is endless; the nearest places of interest are the town of Cannes and its festivals (the Film Festival being the most famous), the “Croisette” and its designer shops, The Old Town of Cannes and its Port, Theoule-sur-Mer and the Esterel Mountains, the town and port of Antibes & the city of Nice. Further inland you can get away from all the hustle and bustle and visit the picturesque old villages of Mougins, Biot and Valbonne.
Other entertainment includes shopping, the casinos & nightlife of Cannes, boat trips to the nearby Isles de Lerins, cinema, wine tasting, thalassatherapy and helicopter rides!
