This charming detached villa has its own private pool and is located on the luxury golf resort of Mar Menor Golf Resort near Los Alcazares, Murcia. The property has been immaculately furnished so that you can enjoy a relaxing and perfect holiday in this lovely villa. The villa has 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms, a large spacious light and airey lounge. A fully fitted and well equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher and washing machine, means that you wont have anything to do except relax and enjoy the pool.
Mar Menor Golf Resort is the first of the Polaris World Resorts and has an excellent 9 hole golf course. The resort benefits from 24 hour security, a Five Star Intercontinental Hotel and Spa, Social centre, restaurants, supermarket, tennis courts, gymnasium and bars.
The villa is detached and has its own private lawned garden. There is off road parking to the front of the house. Entry through the front door into the large lounge diner. This room is light and airey with patio doors to the rear garden.
The lounge is very nicely furnished and benefits from Club TV. There is a galley style kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and large fridge freezer. The kitchen is compact and well organised and everything you would wish for to enjoy the perfect relaxing holiday is on hand.
The two bedrooms both have fitted wardrobes and are both twin bedrooms. The master bedroom at the rear of the villa over looks the pool, and has an ensuite bathroom with marble tiles and high quality finish. The second bedroom is towards the front of the villa with views of the community fountains. The second bathroom is a marble tiled shower room.
To the rear is a lovely patio with table and chairs and gas BBQ. There is an lovely sunny area with sun loungers to relax and enjoy a good book. The pool is fenced off from the garden for childrenīs safety and is a small but perfect plunge pool. Perfect for cooling off during the hot summer. There are steps up to the private roof terrace with more loungers. This is another quiet place to relax and enjoy your holiday or alternatively have a glass of wine and watch the sun go down.

Mar Menor Golf Resort is a luxury golf resort with a 9 hole golf course. Transfers are available from the resort to the other three Polaris World 18 hole golf courses that are currently playing. Green Fees have been kept at a deliberately low price to encourage residents and guests to use the facilities. At certain times of the year there are green fees and a meal thrown in at one of the resort restaurants.
The resort has a floodlit tennis court. There is a gymnasium in the social centre, large community pool with childrens pools. The on site supermarket is well stocked. The Five Star Intercontinental hotel is the height of luxury and has a SPA attached. The Spa has luxury treatments from manicures to massages. There is a kids club at the hotel if you need to drop the kids off whilst you enjoy the golf course.
Los Alcazares is a lovely tradtional Spanish seaside town. The warm shallow waters of the Mar Menor are safe for children. The promenade has many beachside cafes and bars so there is no need to worry about taking a picnic. Los Alcazares has a vibrant market on a Tuesday morning, well worth a visit to snap up those bargains, especially leather goods such as handbags and shoes, the freshest of the Spainīs vegetables and fruits and clothes.
Los Alcazares has many plazas or squares with restuarants which literally spill out onto the street. Al fresco dining is all about giving the town a buzz and excellent atmosphere.
Torre Pacheco which is only a few km inland from the resort is a traditional spanish market town. It has many shops, supermarkets and facilities. It is a busy small town with many good restaurants to try.
The region of Murcia is known for its 271km of coastline and beaches. There are beaches on the Mar Menor, the inland sea and also on the Mediterranean. If you are looking for a beach you wont be disappointed and we can direct you to areas where you will have the beach to yourself.

This fabulous theme park is a really fun day out for all the family. The park is divided into four very different sections. Rides range from Rollercoasters which turn 360 degrees to calm and tranquil boat rides. Get wet in Ancient Egypt and Ancient Greece on the boat ride. Smaller kids will have a fantastic day too as there are plenty of rides for the little ones that bigger people cant do.

Rental Notes: Change over day can be any day of the week so that you can take advantage of the cheaper mid week flights.
Linen and towels are included in the price, but we would ask that you bring your own beach and pool towels. The price includes cleaning before and afterwards and there are no extra costs for this. The price also includes a welcome pack of tea, coffee, water, wine etc, but if you would like to upgrade this to the breakfast pack with sausages, bacon and eggs please just let us know.
Travel cot and high chair are available upon request and subject to availability. For stay of over 10 days there will be a mid term clean and linen change. Discounts are available on rentals of 14 days or more.
