The small pretty harbour town of Yarmouth is close by where the Wightlink car and passenger ferry crosses from Lymington.

The accommodation has been fitted with floor tiling throughout and comprises of an open plan kitchen/living area, bedroom with double bed and mirrored fitted wardrobe, bedroom with very sturdy pine bunk beds and mirrored fitted wardrobes and a fully tiled newly fitted bathroom with bath/shower over, WC and fitted vanity basin with cupboard under. The kitchen/diner area is well fitted with a good range of floor and wall mounted units and appliances. There is included a folding dining table and four chairs. There are two additional chairs in the lounge area that can be used for dining.
Outside to the front of the property is a patio with garden furniture and barbecue. There is also a very large grassed area ideal for children to play. To the rear of the property there is off road parking for two cars. On site there are coin operated laundry facilities and a small shop.

In nearby Freshwater there is a Sports and Leisure Centre with gymn and swimming pool. Freshwater Bay Golf Course is also close by with 18 holes spanning Afton Down with spectacular views of dramatic, unspoilt coastline.
Other places of interest close by are The Needles Pleasure Park with many visitor attractions and chairlift rides down the cliffs to Alum Bay with famous multi-coloured sands, Afton Marshes Local Nature Resrve, Afton Marshes Nature Trail, Dimbola Lodge the former home of the pioneer Victorian photographer Julia Margaret Cameron, Freshwater Way, Tennyson Down, a number of historic forts and Yarmouth Castle.
Due to the size of the island all of the Isle of Wight attractions are within easy reach of Brambles Chine by bus or car.
