Location location location! The sand-hills are actually a stone's throw from the terrace, which gets sun most of the day. The sunsets are to die for! The beach is 50yds. away, as is the lovely Blue Bar and restaurant.

SeaSpray is a comfortable, convenient, light and airy apartment, mainly on one floor with a mezzanine bedroom . The open plan lounge and kitchen lead through patio doors to the private terrace, which is one floor above the sandy track to the beach. The entrance is on the level on the inland side.We live in Perranporth just a few miles away, to help if needed.

Dogs are allowed on the beach up until Easter... but even after then the heather-covered slopes behind leading to the coast path are dog-friendly in the extreme! Perranporth beach is always dog-open.
Local activities in and around Porthtowan, South West
Porthtowan is a small village nestling into the cliffs. It has a large sandy beach with excellent surfing conditions. It is an ideal centre for touring; the main attractions of Cornwall are all within easy reach. It is a perfect spot for a family holiday with children or for the walking enthusiast with its panoramic cliff walks.
Surf equipment hire is available in the village which has a Post Office, shops, a pub and a beach bar which is a popular meeting place for both surfers and families.
Coming down the hill above the village you can see SeaSpray almost on the beach. Turn right to the village, past the shops and the Unicorn. SeaSpray is on the r. just after the road gets sandy.
