Island View undoubtedly offers the finest accommodation and location in West Wight. All bungalows are built to residential NHBC standards and are equipped with everything you need to make your holiday a great success.
The estate is located off a quiet private road and is extremely well lit and safe for children. Our resident Wardens are available seven days a week to offer all the help required to ensure that your holiday is a memorable one.

The Lymington ferry arrives at the beautiful, historic harbour town of Yarmouth with its famous wooden pier, restaurants, pubs and tea rooms. Island View is less than 5 minutes away by car and enjoys a superb location in secluded 2 1/2 acre grounds, just 300 metres from the safe sandy beach of Colwell Bay.
Outdoor sport, indoor fun! Have a few games of tennis overlooking the Solent, and then make a splash in our indoor heated swimming pool.
Easy access to beach The gate on the edge of the site takes you down to the sandy beach of Colwell Bay, with its restaurants, bars and beachfront shops supplying everything you need for a day at the seaside.
All accommodation is tastefully furnished with solid oak furniture, luxurious soft furnishings and fixtures & fittings to the highest standard. Gas and electricity is included in the price. We regret that no pets whatsoever are allowed.
The bungalows are spacious, comfortably sleeping 2-6 people with two bedrooms consisting of one double and one twin bedded room, luxury bathroom with over bath shower, separate fully equipped kitchen and lounge/dining room (with a pull-out double bed if required).
