The fully fitted kitchen includes a hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, s/maker, iron, ironing board and outside drying facilities. All windows and doors are fitted with mosquito screens.
The bathroom consists of a full size bath with shower over, washbasin, toilet, bidet and hair drying facilities. Smoke alarms are fitted.
Patio doors from both the bedroom and lounge provide access to the roof terrace and balcony were seating and a table is provided with views over the mountains and marina out to sea.

The town of El Ejido provides a full programme of yearly entertainment details of which can be found in the apartment. Fishing, Horse Riding, Golf, Walks. Cycling all of which are close to hand.
For those who like shopping there is a large under cover mall at Roquetas De Marr and at Copo which is opposite the Hospital situated 15 min by bus to El Ejido which stops outside the apartment every 45 min. Fare is 1 05 Euros per person per trip. Car hire is also available in Almerimar and at the Airport.
From Almeria airport take the E15 motorway to Malaga, Exit right signposted EL Ejido & Almerimar aprox 40min from Airport. Proceed to Natural park Alta Entinas complex is on your right.
