An attractive modern 3 bedroomed, 2 bathroom villa with heated pool. The property is situated close to the original village of Playa Blanca and it's 3 white sandy beaches. All local amentities including restaurants, shops and sea front restaurants are within 10 minutes walk.
The property is suitable for families and couples of all ages, being all on one level. The pool area particularly child friendly as it can be gated. (baby gate supplied). The lounge/diningroom is furnishied with comforable modern furniture and satelite TV. DVD. and CD player. French doors lead out onto the huge South facing Sun terrace with it's covered pergola and BBQ.
The American style kitchen is well equipped.
Large master bedroom has a king size bed and the french doors lead out onto the sun terrace. It also has and attractive ensuite shower room.
There are 2 large terraces, the electrically heated pool on lower level, surrounded by attractive gardens.

This delightful villa is siuated in an exclusive, quiet residential area in mature gardens screened by trees and shrubs. A car is not essential as the village with it's many sea front restuarants, supermarkets, shops, banks and chemists are all within a short walk. The town beach of Playa Blanca is within 10 minutes walk and Playa Flamingo and Playa Dorada beach are within 20 minutes walk.
The villa was built to our own design and provides a very easy life style. The American style kitchen is well equipped with built in oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric kettle and toaster. The outside utility area houses an automatic washing machine and clothes airer.
Lounge/diningroom is furnished with comfortable, modern furniture and satelite TV, DVD and CD player. The french doors lead out onto the huge sun terrace which has a covered pergola, built in BBQ and is furnished with 6 sun beds, dining table, 6 chairs and parasol for all your alfresco dining requirements.
On the lower level is a second sun terrace and pool which is particulary child friendly being 1.2 meters deep. This is solar heated all year round with electric heating in the winter. The pool is surrounded by attractive gardens which are gated. From the terraces there is a lovely view of the distant mountains.
The extra large master bedroom has fitted robes and an ensuite shower room with marble topped vanity unit, w.c. & shower. French doors from the bedroom lead to the sun terrace.
Bedrooms 2 an 3 are both twin bedrooms with fitted robes and are served by the family bathroom.
The family bathroom is fitted with a full suite: bath/shower, wash hand basin & w.c.
The layout of the accommodation makes it suitable for families or couples sharing. N.B. The adjacent identical villa is also available for larger parties. Sleeps 6 per villa plus cot.
For your peace of mind, there is an inbuilt safe and security grills on all windows & french doors.

Wide access to the property for wheelchairs. Accommodation and large sun terrace on one level. Although pool on lower level which is ideal for children.
Local activities in and around Playa Blanca , Lanzarote
The restaurants are many and varied, although they are within easy walking distance there is a taxi rank in the village and taxis are very reasonable. There is a large selection of shops including designer boutiques. The little town beach is ideal for the kids to play whilst Mum and Dad enjoy a relaxing drink.
There is a boat trip from the harbour to Papagao national park beaches, giving a lovely view of the coastline, marina etc.
The ferry to Fuertaventura runs frequently and only takes approx 30 minutes.
Should you wish to explore further, there are many interesting places to visit including the Timanfya Volcanic national park. (recommended) Camel rides can be taken.
For those who enjoy walking there are miles of lovely promenades. The Marina Rubicon is highly recommended and has some lovely restuarants. The local market is on Wednesday and Saturday and is held at the Marina.
Fishing trips and glass bottom boat trips can also be organised at the harbour.
Water sports are at Dorada beach.
Although this is a quiet location, there are one or two discos, which are near Dorada beach and Flamingo beach.
The hotels are open to non residents and have nightly entertainment.
Head to Playa Blanca, 1st right after petrol station.(at roundabout), 1st right again (by bus station), 1st left after minigolf (by tennis courts) then 2nd left and property is the first on your left.
