Placed on the border between the Valle d'Itria and the Salento area this property owes to this favourable position the peculiarity of its landscape with sweet wavings, terrace, old aged olive trees,dried stone walls and panoramic views where nature and rural civilization get together in a perfect balance. This property with its large pool immersed in a typical mediterranean garden is the perfect holiday for those who wants to escape the bustle of the cities and spend few days in an unspoiled spot of this beautiful, partly unknown region.

1) Trullo of 25 mq : alcove with double bed, additional 2 small single beds, bathroom with shower, fireplace.
2) Lamia of 40 mq :bedroom with double circular bed and sitting area with sofas that can be converted in 2 single beds,fireplace ;large well equipped kitchen with table and chairs ,hob and hoven and good sized fridge freezer;bathroom with washing machine.
Outside there is a large wooden deck facing a stunning pool of 7 mt x 14 mt and a gazebo with dining table and chairs, wood burning oven,barbeque,worktop and sink for food preparation.Garden furniture includes sunbeds, umbrellas and hammocks.
