This magnificent villa is a spacious five-bedroom luxurious sea-front property with its own sea-facing 10m x 5m swimming pool, offering unobstructed views of the mediterranean with breathtaking sunsets. 5 air-conditioned bedrooms, 1 with ensuite, 1 master bathroom, separate shower and 3 guest WCs. 2 bedrooms boast full length balconies overlooking the pool area. The villa is in the heart of Coral Bay.
This villa sleeps up to 12 people. The villa comprises a large air-conditioned living/dining room with lounge seating for 10 (3 x 2 seater leather suites and 4 armchairs) and a dining table and 12 chairs. This area leads onto a large terrace that is furnished with a table and chairs, sun loungers and an umbrella.
The fitted kitchen is equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, grill, toaster and kettle.
There are five air-conditioned bedrooms. The master bedroom is on the first floor and has a large double bed and ensuite. There is another double and a twin bedroom on the first floor. Two of the bedrooms have a balcony sith fantastic sea views. On the lower ground floor there are a further two twin bedrooms. There is a lounge area on the lower ground floor that is furnished with 2 sofabeds that that sleeps two.
There is a master bathroom on the first floor. There is a shower room on the lower ground floor and a WC on the ground floor.
The villa has a sea-facing private 10x5m swimming pool. Sun beds and an umbrella are provided.
Additional features of the villa include local satellite TV, CD player, DVD player, radio, safe, barbeque, iron and ironing board. A complimentary welcome pack is provided. A free cot and high chair are available on request. Bed linen, bath and hand towels are provided.
The main beach at Coral Bay is 2km away. The main tourist area of Coral Bay with its bars and restaurants is 500m away from the villa.
