New Villa inaugurated on August 2006 with private pool, BBQ, garden with ping-pong table and verandas overlooking the sea, situated on a quiet area of San Juan de la Rambla, doubtless one of the most representative places of Tenerife because of its beauty and peaceful atmosphere.
This coastal area has a lovely pathway from which one can contemplate the sea, which can be directly reached from one of the terraces. The villa has 130 sq.m. building, with totally new furnishing and careful attention to detail. The swimming pool is 7 x 3 metres (not heated) with sun beds and BBQ for the enjoyment of placid sunny days.
The villa sleeps four in comfort. There are two twin bedrooms, two shower rooms (Bath-robes available). The sitting room has Satellite Tv and a DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with vitro, oven, fridge, freezer, electric coffee machine, toaster. Outside the villa has two terraces with views and outdoor furniture. Sun beds near the pool.
General: Linen and towels are provided. Cot available if required. Self catering property, cleaning once a week. Washing machine. Iron and board. Extra bed available.

The villa is only 15 minutes driving from the tourist family town of Puerto de la Cruz, with its famous avenues near the sea and its fishing port atmosphere.
