This 8,000 metre estate is one of the few examples left from a more splendid age which Tenerife knew when the Island was a paradise known only to a few Europeans. The 'finca' has outstanding views of Teide, the sea and the Oratava Valley.
The location is excellent for travelling to other parts of the island as it is close to the motorway yet only a few minutes from the beach and the centre of Puerto de la Cruz. Close to the finca is to be found one of the best restaurants in the area. Although the origins of the finca dates to the XV1th century, the house itself dates back to the early XX th century. It is an elegant house with large rooms which have been carefully maintained. Mainly traditional furniture.
The tropical gardens are a special feature with charming and secluded corners where one can relax with a book or merely admire the scenery. For the more energetic there are tennis courts, a 12 x 7 metre swimming pool and a sauna all set in lush vegetation with fruit trees.
These facilities are shared amongst the 4 houses. The "Casa Coqueta" measuring 150 sq.metres has direct access to the heated pool.
The finca has a private taxi. A car is not essential, as there is a bus stop 50 metres from the house. Walking distance to an excellent restaurant.
