The ground floor area houses a cosy TV lounge, furnished with a homely dιcor and air conditioning, to the left of the lounge you have the attractive fitted kitchen and breakfast area and to the right of the lounge you have the passageway to the two double bedrooms and bathrooms. Climbing the open staircase which lies at the back of the lounge you have the master suite with private balcony.
The principal ground floor covered terrace with hand built BBQ area is equipped for six diners and has a much needed sun canopy. Sitting on the terrace with that rioja treat, you can dwell on manicured lawns and gardens, the villas private pool and sea views. The 9 x 4 rectangular private pool has a deep end of 2 mts and a shallow end of 0.9 mts, with all the sun furniture to compliment the six household guests.
